At My Social Support Network, we provide a range of programs and services to help injured workers cope with their challenges and achieve their goals. Our programs include:
- Psychosocial Support or Social Group Program: This program helps you connect with a community of people who share your interests, hobbies, routines, or goals. You can join activities such as exercise, healthy cooking, gardening, or arts and crafts, and enjoy the benefits of social interaction and support.
- Personal Development Program: This program consists of 12 sessions that teach you tools and techniques to improve your well-being. You will learn about topics such as communication, sleep hygiene, coping skills, stress management, nutrition, pain science, and more. You will also receive feedback and coaching from our experts to help you apply what you learn to your daily life.
- Career Transition Program: This program helps you prepare for a new career path that suits your abilities and preferences. You will learn how to identify and highlight your transferable skills, disclose your injury and tell your story, develop your resume, search for jobs, ace interviews and more. You will also get access to resources and opportunities that can help you find meaningful work.
Each program is led by a qualified expert who can offer professional guidance and tools to improve the well-being of our members. We tailor our support to the individual needs and preferences of each member, as we work together to overcome their difficulties and enhance their quality of life.
